Employee Usage of Mobile HR Technology is on the Rise

Mobile HR technology usage is exploding with global mobile data traffic expected to increase 13-fold between 2012 and 2017.
 
The mobile devices usage has led to a growing adoption of mobile applications for internal HR functions as a way to improve worker productivity, real-time decision-making and workforce satisfaction.
 
The research utilized aggregate anonymous usage data from organizations with active mobile users and compared mobile and traditional Web desktop usage. The research shows that as midsized employers continue to adopt mobile technology to communicate with their employees, the use of mobile HR technology is growing and is expected to accelerate over the next few years.
