We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Manager to handle the daily operations and maintenance of our office spaces. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can take initiative, manage administrative tasks, and ensure that the office environment runs smoothly. From bill payments and cheque clearing to handling vendors and purchasing essentials, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes
Office Management
Oversee the daily operations of all office locations.
Ensure cleanliness, functionality, and organization of office spaces.
Handle general office maintenance, repairs, and wear-and-tear issues.
Maintain an inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed.
Finance & Bill Handling
Manage and ensure timely payment of office utility bills, rent, internet, etc.
Handle cheque clearances and coordinate with banks and finance teams as needed.
Keep records of all expenses and provide regular reports to management.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Purchase necessary items for the office (furniture, electronics, supplies).
Source and liaise with vendors, negotiate rates, and manage service agreements.
Oversee deliveries, installations, and ensure quality standards are met.
Errands & External Coordination
Visit external locations for tasks such as government paperwork, cheque deposit/collection, or vendor follow-ups.
Support HR/IT teams with logistics when needed (e.g., setting up for onboarding, events, etc.).
Ensure smooth coordination between departments regarding administrative support.
Record Keeping & Compliance
Maintain proper documentation for office-related expenses, assets, and repairs.
Ensure all licenses, contracts, and compliance-related documents are up-to-date.
